Terms of Service: Non-disclosed Title (Early Access)

1. Acceptance of Terms: By joining the Non-disclosed Title(s) by wishlisting, following or participating in playtests, you agree to these terms provided by Conformity Games Ltd.

2. License to Play: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to test Non-disclosed Title(s). This is a gift, not a right, and we can revoke it at any time. Please do not sell, share, giveaway or gift a key to anyone other than your account.

3. Intellectual Property: All code, art, music, and "Non-disclosed Title" branding remain the exclusive property of Conformity Games Ltd. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or steal assets from the game. This hurts the devs.

4. "As-Is" Disclaimer (The Alpha Clause): You acknowledge that Non-disclosed Title(s) is currently in Alpha/Beta. It will contain bugs, may crash, and may result in loss of in-game progress. Conformity Games Ltd is not liable for any technical issues arising from early-access testing. Game development is ongoing and no final decisions on the gameplay have been made.

5. Confidentiality (The NDA): If you are part of the Alpha/Beta, you agree not to share screenshots, videos, or descriptions of the game publicly unless we give you explicit written permission.
